East County Fire and Rescue (ECFR) is seeking pro and con committee volunteers for its upcoming levy lid lift ballot proposition.

The ECFR board of commissioners voted to place a proposition on Clark County’s Aug. 6 ballot authorizing the district to restore its 2019 regular property tax levy to $1.50 per $1,000 of assessed property valuation for collection in 2025.

Citizens interested in participating on the committees should contact Fire Chief Ed Hartin at ehartin@ecfr.us or 360-834-4908 by Tuesday, April 23.
