County lifts toxic algae advisory at Lacamas Lake

Public Health says toxic algal bloom still exists near Heritage Park boat launch, but water quality in rest of lake ‘has improved over last two weeks’

Clark County Public Health has lifted its toxic algal bloom advisory at Lacamas Lake in Camas. 

Public Health said Friday that, “while there is still a bloom at the Heritage Park boat launch, water quality has improved over the last two weeks and toxin levels are no longer elevated.”
