Work continues on The Ledges at former quarry

8-story condo complex expected to wrap by end of 2025 or early 2026

The Ledges at Palisades sits atop a cliff on the border of Camas and Vancouver in what used to be Fisher’s Quarry.

Given that the project is visible from state Highway 14, many people pass by daily. Several of them recently contacted The Columbian to ask about what appears to be a lack of progress on the eight-story apartment and condo complex.
