Razor clam daylight digs capping long season on Washington coast

Digging opportunity final dates tentatively set for April 30-May 6

The Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife tentatively set what will be the final dig of the season for late April and early May.

“It’s been a long and successful season,” said Bryce Blumenthal, a WDFW coastal shellfish biologist, “uninterrupted by domoic acid, and no toxicity concerns.”
