Skyridge Middle School has recognized three students for their leadership, service and contributions to the school community through annual awards presented in partnership with the Jack, Will and Rob Center Sustaining Fund and the Community Foundation for Southwest Washington.
Nysa Vinod received the 2025-26 Good Will Award, which honors students who demonstrate kindness, compassion and leadership. School officials said Vinod helps create a welcoming environment for students and staff, promotes inclusion and builds meaningful relationships. She is active in the school’s Kindness Club and created a Stories and Smiles Cart for Evergreen Pediatrics patients.
The Jackson Leadership Award was presented to Cade Westover for his leadership and service through the Associated Student Body. According to the school, Westover has earned the respect of his peers through his dedication, hard work and commitment to making Skyridge a better place.
Henry Cunningham received the Bob Foster Athletics Excellence Award, recognizing his achievements in athletics and leadership. A standout wrestler, Cunningham was honored for demonstrating grit, respect and leadership while inspiring teammates on and off the mat.
