Clark Public Utilities’ general manager and CEO is receiving a 2 percent raise.
The utility’s board of commissioners voted unanimously this week to set the salary for Lena Wittler, who has served as the utility’s leader since 2019, at $373,000, effective July 1. Wittler made $365,820 the previous year.
