Clark County Medical Examiner identifies Washougal man, 18, who was fatally shot as Loic Swindler

Portland man was arrested day of shooting

The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the 18-year-old man fatally shot Aug. 26 in a townhouse in the Minnehaha area.

Loic Swindler of Washougal died of homicide from a gunshot wound to the torso, according to the medical examiner’s office. The ruling does not make any judgments about criminal culpability.
