One of Clark County’s first modern fine-dining restaurants, Roots Restaurant and Bar, shuttered Tuesday.
A note published to the restaurant’s social media pages said the restaurant’s owner Brad Root decided to retire after 45 years in the industry, 23 of them owning Roots.
