Foreclosures in Clark County rose in 2025, but remain lower than in prepandemic years

County recorded 308 foreclosures last year, up from 212 in 2024

Clark County foreclosure filings rose sharply in 2025, nearing prepandemic levels after falling to historic lows the past few years, according to real estate data provider Attom.

The county recorded 308 foreclosure filings last year, up from 212 in 2024, 240 in 2023 and 185 in 2022. While the number has climbed in recent years, it remains below the levels seen before the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the data.
