Hathaway Elementary names February students of the month Hathaway Elementary School has named its February students of the month: They are Keavyn Howman, kindergarten; Jose Garcia-Montoya, first grade; Ian Marshall, second grade; Russell Wolff, third grade; Natalie Bratton, fourth grade; and Kaela Northcut, fifth grade.
Student actors who will be performing in the upcoming Washougal High School production of "The 39 Steps," have been working hard in rehearsals since January. They are eager for the curtains to be drawn on opening night.
When popular local musicians Alan Singley and Sama Dams share the stage for the first time, they will be joined by an unusual group of backup singers: The 150-voice choir from Camas High School.
In conjunction with the WHS drama performance of "The 39 Steps," on Saturday, March 14, the WHS Grad Night Committee will host a fundraiser that includes a silent auction, raffle and pasta feed in the commons area at Washougal High School, 1201 39th St., at 5 p.m.

Student of the Month named at Excelsior Kristen Bickle has been chosen as Excelsior High School Student of the Month for January.
Although they may not always be excited about the recent nutrition changes, Washougal students can be assured it is prepared to the highest health and safety standards.
