Camas and Washougal firefighters are honored

Stanley W. Gilbreath Stanley W. Gilbreath died of cancer Jan. 27, 2012, in Vancouver. He was 65.
Brooks-Brown Charlotte Brooks, of Wenatchee, Wash., and Jordan Brown, of Camas, were married Nov. 5, 2011, at The North Star Ballroom in Portland. Pastor Dave McCabe officiated.
Students graduate from WWU Kyle Ebersole of Camas and Jessica Young of Washougal earned degrees from Western Washington University in fall quarter 2011. Ebersole earned a bachelor of arts in psychology, and Young earned a bachelor of arts in theater.
Doris G. Kirk Doris Gene Kirk, of Camas, died Jan. 24, 2012. She was 86.
Keep school fees and fines process simple I read the article by Danielle Frost in the Tuesday, Jan. 31 edition with some interest. While not a resident of Washougal and not having children in any school district (retired) I believe that the board, superintendent, and business manager are over thinking the collection system.

Local student named to MSU honor roll Kierstyn Tuel of Camas has been named to the fall semester honor roll at Montana State University in Bozeman. To be named to the honor roll, students must earn at least a 3.5 GPA for the semester.
