On Monday morning, City of Camas crews set up the 25-foot tall high altitude noble fir tree in preparation for the Hometown Holidays event on Friday. According to public works employee Scott Purkeypyle, the tree is about 45 years old and comes from Mt. St. Helens seed. It was donated again this year by Majestyk Mountain Tree Farms, located in Bear Prairie.
