Sears accepts donations for food bank

Customers of the Sears Hometown Store in downtown Camas are invited to make the holidays brighter for others.

Donations of non-perishable food for the Inter-Faith Treasure House, in Washougal, will be accepted through Saturday, Dec. 31.

Each individual who makes a donation can rceive $5 off a purchase of $75 or more at the Sears Hometown Store.

The store, owned by Craig and Colleen Cancilla, sells electronics, major appliances, Craftsman tools, fitness equipment, and lawn and garden merchandise. Steve Cordova is the manager.

Camas Sears Hometown Store, 224 N.E. Third Ave., is open Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The hours will be extended for “Black Friday,” Nov. 25, from 4 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more information, call 844-5521 or visit www.searshometownstores.com.
