Volunteers needed for July 4 celebration

The Fort Vancouver National Trust is seeking 300 volunteers to lend a hand at Independence Day at Fort Vancouver on Friday, July 4. Last year more than 250 volunteers helped at the event, which was attended by more than 35,000 people.

Individuals, service organizations, corporate groups and all others are encouraged to volunteer to sell and collect tickets, work at information booths, serve water at a water wagon, be a parking lot attendant or work in the adult beverage pavilion.
