Washougal library offering summer reading program

The Washougal Community Library is offering a summer reading program for youth through Monday, Aug. 15.

The program “encourages youth to read, create, explore, and continue learning, with pre-recorded programs and virtual performances that are sure to engage your learner,” according to a Facebook post.
