Camas Days celebration draws thousands to historic downtown Camas

Two-day festival featured two parades, live music, bathtub races, vendors and more

The annual Camas Days festival drew thousands of visitors to the streets of downtown Camas Friday-Saturday, July 21-22.

The celebration featured dozens of food, nonprofit and merchandise vendors; a Kids Parade on Friday; a Grand Parade on Saturday, bathtub races, a Kids Street with entertainment for youth on Northeast Dallas Street; a “duck flume” courtesy of the Rotary Club of Camas-Washougal’s annual Ducky Derby fundraiser; a nightly beer-and-wine garden with live music; and robotics demonstrations courtesy of the Camas-based FIRST Robotics Team 2471 “Team Mean Machine.”
