The 2025 GRO Parade of Homes is returning to Camas for the first time since 2019.
Building Industry Association of Clark County (BIA) leaders joined Camas officials and home builders at The Nines at Camas Meadows last week on Thursday, Jan. 23, for the event’s official groundbreaking.
“We’re excited to present a diverse array of home styles for this year’s GRO Parade of Homes. With the return of a seasoned builder and the debut of three new builders, we anticipate fresh designs, innovative ideas and inspiring concepts that are sure to captivate the public,” Alexa Lee, committee chair for this year’s event, stated in a news release.
This year’s new home showcase, set for Sept. 5-21, is “a unique interpretation of luxury living,” Lee said.
The event will showcase six luxury homes built alongside the Camas Meadows golf course and include the GRO Parade of Homes’ first attached home — part of a group of about 40 townhomes being constructed at the Camas Meadows site.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Camas Mayor Steve Hogan praised the BIA and event sponsors and said he was looking forward to seeing the finished homes.
