JustServe recognizes Washougal for community service

The city of Washougal has been recognized as a JustServe City, an honor celebrating volunteerism and community service efforts.

Todd Richardson and Marilyn Richardson, regional coordinators for JustServe, presented the designation to the Washougal City Council on during an Aug. 24 council meeting.
