The city of Washougal is now accepting vendor applications for the 2026 Washougal Community Market season, returning this summer to Reflection Plaza in downtown Washougal.

Following the success of last year’s pilot program, the city is expanding the market for a nine-week run designed to support small businesses, highlight local talent and create opportunities for community connection in the city’s downtown core, according to a news release.

The market will take place on Fridays from 2 to 6 p.m., June 5 through July 31 at Reflection Plaza, 1703 Main St.

“This is a unique opportunity for residents and business owners alike to gather and build community,” said Rose Jewell, the city’s community engagement manager and Community Market program lead. “We saw strong interest and community support during the pilot season, and we’re excited to expand the market in 2026.”

The city is seeking vendors offering high-quality, handmade and homegrown products. Resellers, wholesalers, multilevel direct sellers, franchises and service-based businesses are not eligible. Vendor categories include agriculture, hot/fresh food, prepared food, artisan, authors and musicians.

Food vendors must comply with all applicable health licensing requirements through Clark County Public Health. Vendors are responsible for acquiring and maintaining all required business licenses. Vendors preparing food on site must also consult with the Camas-Washougal Fire Marshal’s Office.

Interested vendors should review eligibility requirements and complete the online application, including a detailed list of products they plan to offer. Applicants will also be asked to select preferred market dates.

Vendor applications are open now and will be accepted through May 15. To learn more or apply, visit cityofwashougal.us/communitymarket.
