I-5 Bridge tolls delayed to 2028Subscriber Exclusive

Toll collection on the Interstate 5 Bridge has been pushed back again, not that commuters are likely to complain.

Tolling was supposed to begin this summer. Then, project leaders said it would start in 2027. Now they say toll collection will begin July 1, 2028, according to a memo released last week.
