As falling leaves begin to pile up around Clark County, local officials are reminding residents how to properly dispose of them.
Residents can place leaves in their backyard compost pile or curbside yard debris bins or dispose of them for free through the Fall Leaf Coupon program organized by Clark County Public Works and the city of Vancouver Public Works.
