Alex Smokehouse, located at 1834 Main St., in downtown Washougal, serves house smoked meats in sandwiches and salads. The restaurant, originally named Alex's BBQ, also has soups, lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs. The tap room, previously owned by Kevin King of Amnesia Brewing, has a variety of beer on tap. Amnesia Brewing closed in December of 2017. A new operator for the brewery will be announced soon.

A restaurant and tap room in downtown Washougal specializes in serving meats smoked on site. Alex Smokehouse has smoked salmon, turkey, pork and chicken, for use in salads and sandwiches.

iQ Credit Union will relocate its Camas branch from the Sixth Avenue Commercial Center to 236 N.E. Fourth Ave. (pictured), in March. The iQ operational functions will continue in the Fourth Avenue location, and an iQ branch will open in front of the office space.

A restaurant serving contemporary American cuisine is expected to open in April at 401 N.E. Fourth Ave., on the ground floor of the Camas Hotel, in downtown Camas. The space, previously occupied by Miss Nola's Cafe, has been vacant since September of 2017.
