Huntington siblings set for success

When Owen Huntington joined the Camas High School (CHS) boys golf team as a freshman in the fall of 2017, he took the 4A Greater St. Helens League by storm and ended the season with a top-five finish at the 4A state tournament. As a sophomore this past spring, he placed 10th at the state tournament, held at the Creek at Qualchan Golf Course in Spokane.

Camas High student-athletes sign letters of intent

Eleven Camas High School (CHS) seniors raised their pens and signed letters of intent with their respective colleges in front of proud family members and friends at CHS on Wednesday, May 29.

Local athletes win state track and field titles

Track and field teams from Camas and Washougal high schools made impressive showings and earned championships in individual and relay events at the state championship meets, held at Mt. Tahoma High School in Tacoma on May 23-25.

Papermakers’ season meets an abrupt end

It wasn’t the ending anyone on the Camas baseball team expected as Issaquah finished the Papermakers’ season with a 5-1 win in the opening round of the 4A state tournament at Propstra Stadium in Vancouver on Saturday, May 18.
