This year’s NW Natural Clark County Parade of Homes will feature 10 Camas homes worth at least $1 million in The Parklands at Camas Meadows.

The annual event, produced by the Building Industry Association of Clark County, will provide ideas for building, remodeling, landscaping, decorating and buying a new home.

The participating builders are Axiom Luxury Homes, Cascade West Development, Doriot Construction, Gecho Homes, Generation Homes NW, Soaring Eagle Homes and Vilhauer Construction.

With names such as “The Maker,” “The Black Pearl” and “The Timberline,” the homes, which range in size between 3,000 and 5,000 square feet, are located less than one-half mile east of the Camas Meadows Golf Club, at 4105 N.W. Camas Meadows Drive, Camas.

One of the properties in the Parade of Homes — a 4,200-square-foot, four-bedroom home, “The Maldivian,” by Gecho Homes — will be available to purchase.

“We have not listed it yet, but we think we will list for $2.5 million,” said Rachel Gecho, a broker with Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty.

HomeStreet Bank and DeWils are the co-presenting sponsors of the NW Natural Clark County Parade of Homes.

Still under construction, The Parklands at Camas Meadows will feature 42 single-family residential lots, ranging in size from 15,000 to 18,500 square feet, as well as five commercial buildings.

The last time a Camas development was featured during the Parade of Homes was in 2002, when the event showed 12 homes at Holly Hills Estates on Prune Hill.
